HIGH 5 Garlic and Herb Aioli

Ingredients
2 cups commercial mayonnaise
1 T Dijon mustard
½ tsp. dry mustard
10 fresh basil leaves (approximately)
½ tsp EACH minced fresh rosemary, thyme, and oregano OR ¼ tsp each dried herbs
1 tsp. granulated garlic OR 5-10 cloves roasted garlic
1 tsp balsamic vinegar OR lemon juice or white wine
¼ tsp High 5 Fixer Upper No Salt Blend or pinch cayenne pepper
½ tsp High 5 Sweet Sass
1 tsp High 5 Original Unboring Salt Blend or salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT High 5 Original Unboring Salt in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds
- Alternatively, mince basil leaves and then blend all ingredients except High 5 Original Unboring Salt by hand
- Taste and adjust with High 5 Original Unboring Salt to taste
