HIGH 5 Garlic and Herb Aioli

  • 2 cups commercial mayonnaise

  • 1 T Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp. dry mustard

  • 10 fresh basil leaves (approximately)

  • ½ tsp EACH minced fresh rosemary, thyme, and oregano OR ¼ tsp each dried herbs

  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic OR 5-10 cloves roasted garlic

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar OR lemon juice or white wine

  • ¼ tsp High 5 Fixer Upper No Salt Blend or pinch cayenne pepper

  • ½ tsp High 5 Sweet Sass

  • 1 tsp High 5 Original Unboring Salt Blend or salt and pepper to taste


  • Place all ingredients EXCEPT High 5 Original Unboring Salt in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds
  • Alternatively, mince basil leaves and then blend all ingredients except High 5 Original Unboring Salt by hand
  • Taste and adjust with High 5 Original Unboring Salt to taste
